WP0 aims at developing a Go-To-Market Strategy in order to commercialise the SkiComCu project and introduce it to the market after the end of the funding from EIT RM, ensuring its sustainability.

WP1 is dedicated to the smooth implementation of all project activities and the timely delivery of all project outcomes.
Long term strategic Framework and Methodology for SkiComCu lifelong learning
WP2 is aimed at developing tailored to EU and RIS’ territories needs competence profiles, thereby identifying all relevant competence gaps for newcomers in the sector including students ready to finish their studies and enter their sector, current employees with a special focus on women and young people.

Design and development of Educational & Training Curriculum and Tools
WP3 aims to provide all the educational materials and training curriculum that will be used for the improvement of competencies of employees of all roles in the copper mining, metallurgy and recycling sector as per their profiles attached to the integrated competence framework.
Design and development of SkiComCu Platform & implementation of XR tools
WP4 is focused on developing the SkiComCu platform that will be used for the improvement of competencies of employees of all roles in the copper mining, metallurgy and recycling sector as per their profiles attached to the integrated competence framework designed in WP2.
Pilot testing and validation
Aim of WP5 is the development of the training centres, the validation of the training modules and operations in real conditions via pilot testing training sessions and the self-assessment as well as validation of the project outcomes. Furthermore, networking activities and actions to include women and vulnerable social groups in the lifelong learning programme will be carried out.
Raising awareness – Dissemination & Built Knowledge Networks
The main objectives of this WP are to communicate activities and disseminate the project results among different groups of participants and stakeholders – Cu and Cu-oriented industries and educational institutions, as well as the wider community.
